Lazy Ballerina wines are reflection of where and how they are grown...
Tannins: The term 'tannin' is commonly used in wine circles, but many people aren't really sure exactly what it means. In a nutshell Tannins are molecules like colour. The Lazy has a lot of these Tannins so they will have an influence on the wine for mansy years to come.
No filtering: Lazy was minimally filtered so it is best if decanted, but there is nothing in the wine that will hurt you so if you can't decant- don't fret.
Drink: One bottle per year, cellar the rest by the time you have got to the end of the dozen you will have been on a journey.
Just don't let the big guys know what they lost...
