Winemaking: Lazy Ballerina was first made in 2004 at the infamous RedHeads Studio, where drinking, loud music and winemaking mix well into the night. James was exposed to black fingernails, red wine. racy grapes, hand sorted, an open fermenter, long cool fermentations plus the ubiquitous basket press. With guys like Adam Hooper, Paul Petagna, Justin Lane, Dudley Brown & Adrian Kenny everything once thought old fashioned was celebrated.

Current release is the 2015 Vintage.  $29 online or from cellar door.
